Councilor Chak has over 30 years of experience in advisory field and was elected as a Councilor in Richmond, BC, Cananda in 2011 and 2014. He co-founded and served a large number of boards and committees including Canadian International Education Assistance Foundation, Interfaith for World Peace Society and the Stop Racism Alliance Society, Richmond Green Space Society, etc. Councilor Chak has joined the BC Government’s trade missions to Vietnam and China for the last 8 years. He acts as a contact point to support CAPM Global to connect with potential investors in Canada and North America.
