
Vietnam’s agriculture has always been known as one of the strongest export sectors of Vietnam with many items that are familiar to consumers around the world such as rice, cashew nuts, coffee, rubber, seafood etc. With a strong economy and growing income per capita, Vietnam’s Agriculture is transforming to not only grow in capacity, but also to improve quality by ensuring biosafety standards at a high level and even by toward to humane and welfare values in the breeding and cultivation process.
Besides, in order to ensure demand for Vietnamese agricultural products not to be dependent on a single market, a series of free trade agreements have been signed such as EVFTA, CPTPP, RCEP, VN EFTA FTA has widen trade routes with minimal/none market barriers.
In addition to the government’s efforts to create a healthy environment for the agriculture sector, large enterprises of the economy have also boldly taken the lead in changing the face of Vietnam’s green and clean agriculture and aiming for sustainable development.
